Two-layer Packaging Machine With Two Sets of Independent Equipment For Milk Bottle Packaging

This two-layer packaging machine is specially developed for milk bottle packaging, equipped with two sets of fully independent packaging units integrated in one compact frame. Each unit can run separately or work in parallel, completing bottle sorting, grouping, film wrapping, heat-sealing and finished-product output for milk bottles automatically.

Built with food-grade stainless steel, it meets dairy-industry hygiene standards. It supports dual-mode production: double-line high-speed simultaneous operation for higher output, or single-line independent running for mixed-specification packaging. It is widely applied for PET milk bottles, dairy beverage bottles in milk-processing factories, realizing flexible and stable large-volume packaging production.
